Lviv Symphony Orchestra Plays Lord of the Rings MusicSymphony orchestra Cantabile Orchestra, under the direction of Diana Koval, and the folk choir of the Tarasa Shevchenko National University of Kyiv Dnipro, directed by Iryna Dusheiko, will perform the music from the hit Hollywood production – The Lord of the Rings trilogy (2001 – 2003). Music by Howard Shore will be performed under direction of Nazar Kulyniak.

The rhythmic gymnastics competition has a dreamy title Winter Fairytale to mark the beginning of the holiday season. Top 200 gymnasts from five countries – Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine – will arrive for the championship.

Toto Cutugno Sings in UkraineItalian music legend Toto Cutugno will perform in Ukraine on December 12, 2012. The singer invited a special guest – known Italian tenor Alessandro Safina. The symphony orchestra directed by Alterisio Paoletti will accompany the show. Besides his most popular songs, Cutugno will perform the pieces, created for and sung by such stars as Adriano Celentano, Dalida, Joe Dassin, Mireille Mathieu, and Ray Charles.
