Lyapis Trubetskoy Headlines Jazz Koktebel

Belarusian rock band Lyapis Trubetskoy will perform at the opening of the tenth international music festival Jazz Koktebel on August 29th. The band will premiere their new show Rabkor. Other bands featured in the festival’s program are British soul team Mama’s Gun and Swedish jazz quartet Magnus Lindgren Batucada.

Nino Katamadze Finds Her Groove Through Art and Jazz

Renowned Georgian jazz singer Nino Katamadze will join the International Jazz Festival Art Jazz Cooperation, which will take place in the two western Ukrainian cities – Lutsk and Rivne – on August 31 – September 2, 2012. Georgian band Insight will also arrive for the festival in western Ukraine. Together with Katamadze, Insight will perform their latest album Green.
