Pianeta Holds for 6 Rounds, Klitschko Wins Again

Kyiv, May 7, 2013. The match between Ukrainian boxer Volodymyr Klitschko, 37, and Italian Francesco Pianeta, 28, ended in a technical knockout. Referee Ernie Sharif ended the bout after Pianeta’s fall. This is the 60th win for younger Klitschko. Volodymyr defended his WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring Heavyweight titles in the fight.
