Kyiv city council has made a decision to grant a natural monument status to seven trees in the city, reports unian.ua. Two oldest trees - the 300-year-old oaks - are located at the Lysa Hora hill (Bald Mountain), the confabulated witch gathering site. Other trees added to the list are a 150-year-old сhamaecyparis, three 150-year-old ashes, and a 120-year-old chestnut tree.
